If the item is available in stock, your order will be dispatched within 3 business days. While we don't promise 'next day delivery,' we do ensure that your order will arrive as quickly as possible.

For custom-made items, we will reach out to you via email or phone to finalize the measurements, ensuring a perfect fit. The production time for custom-made pieces is 14 days.

Standard shipping costs within Belgium are €3.95. However, delivery is free for orders over €200.

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your online order within 14 calendar days of receiving it. Please note that the return shipping costs, including any customs fees, are the customer's responsibility. You’ll need to arrange a shipping label with tracking information from a courier of your choice, as we do not supply return labels. Be sure to keep proof of shipment and a track & trace code, as we cannot issue refunds for lost returns without this documentation.

How do I return an item?

Not fully satisfied with your order? Or perhaps you ordered the wrong size? You can return your purchase within 14 calendar days.

1. Notify Us
Contact us via email to let us know about the return. Be sure to include your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

2. Package
Securely pack the item to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

3. Ship
Send the package with a track & trace code from your nearest post office to the following address:

Hassaluthdreef 10B, Unit 7, 3500 Hasselt.

Note: Shipping costs are your responsibility.

4.Refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund. You will receive updates via email regarding this process.

How much does it cost to return an item?

Return shipping costs, including any applicable customs fees, are the customer’s responsibility. Please purchase a shipping label with a track & trace code from the courier service of your choice. The cost will vary depending on the shipping method and carrier you select. We do not offer return labels. Returns that are lost without proof of shipment and a track & trace code will not be eligible for a refund.

Can I exchange an item?

We currently do not offer online exchanges. If you need to change the size or color of an item, please return the original product and place a new order. A new payment will be required for the replacement item. The refund for the returned item will be processed once the return has been completed and all return conditions are met.

Was my return received succesfully ?

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed at our distribution center. Afterward, the refund will be initiated within 14 calendar days. Please keep your track & trace code handy as proof of shipment. This acts as a safeguard in case the package is lost during transit.
